Sample Deregistration Letter
(England and Wales Template)
Please see below a link to a basic outline of a letter to deregister your child from a school in England.
You do not need to give advance notice to the school, you decide when you want your child to be deregistered. When you have sent the letter or email, make sure they confirm receipt.
That’s it! You are then a Home Educator.
Congratulations, you can now personalise your child’s experience with learning.
